At Merlins Catering we are available to advise you, from the outset and offer suggestions for your very special day. We take enormous pride in our wonderful wedding cuisine, exclusively prepared to contribute towards your Wedding Day celebrations.

At Merlins, no two Weddings are the same. However, the ethos behind our services remains consistent; we endeavour to offer as much as possible, a truly inclusive service. We state clearly to you from the outset if we believe there will be any extras you may have to budget additionally for. We hope that the information below, assists you with your budget planning: -

At Merlins we automatically include –

• Crisp white table linen
• Stainless steel cutlery
• Matching plain white crockery
• Good-quality white serviettes
• All appropriate condiments for the dining table or buffet table
• Vegetarian and any special diets catered for without any additional charges, receiving the same first-class meal prepared by our chefs, as your entire party
• Experienced, attentive waiting staff
• Chefs and all kitchen and preparation personnel
• The option of the loan of our decorative cake knife for formal photographs and ceremonious cutting of the cake.
• All outside catering equipment, including ovens, service tables and refrigeration
• There is no charge for us to meet with you at our premises, your own home or the venue itself
• (We make no site set-up fee charges)
• (We also do not make any mileage charges to arrive at the venue)

Some considerations for additional costs –

• VAT is added to all prices at the standard rate
• Table and chair hire, if not already available at the venue
• Generators as a power source
• Service tents, for marquee events with appropriate lighting and flooring if necessary
• Linen napkins are available and can be quoted for separately
• Coloured tablecloths are available and can be quoted for separately
