All Vegetarian Clients are very welcome at Merlins Catering. Many of the homemade dishes prepared by us are so popular, they are repeatedly requested by vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

We take extra care to ensure that our special dietary requirement clients receive the same first-class, professionally prepared fayre as the entire party. This might mean a completely individual serving for just one person within a group of one hundred. There is absolutely no extra charge for this service, for which we are completely happy to provide.

With a genuine and keen interest in this area, Chef Dave is forever sourcing new ingredients, flavours and menu ideas to suit an expanding file of ‘special dietary requests.’

So don’t feel embarrassed to ask, or think that it is ‘too much trouble’, because creating this type of individual menu ingredient, is what we are all about.
