Our own hand-made vegetarian dishes are for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, who just enjoy tasty alternatives.

Merlins vegetarian dishes are thoughtfully and imaginatively created by Director Chef Dave who wants his vegetarian and vegan clients to feel that they have been expertly looked after. Your vegetarian and vegan guests will be able to relax and enjoy their dining experience with us, with pleasure.

If you have a specific dietary request, for example, gluten free diet, coeliac, dairy intolerant etc. with prior notice, we ensure that tasty alternatives are prepared. We will substitute a single component of the dish to match the special diet or swap the entire meal for an alternative option if necessary.

There is never any additional charge for us to prepare dishes for our special diet clients. We are continually thanked by our special diet clients for looking after them so well, we are genuinely happy to do so.
