Often events require highly bespoke menus which enable us to source ingredients individually.

Director Chef Dave J Brown has forged excellent relationships with suppliers to enable us to confidently bring quality cuisine to any event, by only using the very best of raw ingredients.  Our chefs cook from scratch, using fresh, authentic and natural produce.

All our free-range meat is supplied by Ian at Oakley Butchers in Wimborne, one of only a handful of butchers accredited by the Devon Red Breeders Society.  He ensures that all of the farmers are members of the countryside stewardship who promote wildlife, hedgerows and wild flowers.

Our free-range ‘happy pigs’ hail from Sturminster Newton and just over five miles away in Canford Magna, our free-range grass-fed lambs graze.  They enjoy a quality diet without antibiotics and growth promoters and we believe you will notice the difference.

Our stylish cheeseboard selections are prepared with only the finest local cheeses and every egg we use is free-range from Neil, our local dairy food distributor at Wrights Dairies.  To accompany some of our handcrafted desserts we use Purbeck Ice Cream, the Taste of Dorset, Dorset Dairy Champions.
